Customer is responsible for providing materials, including logos, photographs, and site content, within 20 days of execution of contract.  All customer-provided data / changes within the first 20 days after contract date are considered part of the set-up.  After 20 days, all work is considered "maintenance," regardless of whether the page was previously established.  Photography and photo scanning and/or editing are not included, but are available at additional charge.

Monthly maintenance includes any modifications to the website requested by the customer, as well as general management of the site, and is billed in 15 minute increments.  3 hours annually will be subtracted from maintenance to cover statistics and backups.  Unused time is lost at the end of each contract year.  Additional time is billed at $95/hr. ($75/hr. with a maintenance agreement other than "Intro").  Maintenance covers the web site only, and does not include maintenance of customer's computer or any other on-site service.

Pages are limited to a maximum length of three times the length of a PC screen.

Reliable Data Services will be solely responsible for management of the site and domain name.  The site and all passwords will be provided to the customer upon written request, at termination of the agreement and payment of all monies owed to Reliable Data Services.

Maintenance agreement will commence 20 days after the date of the contract.

The initial agreement period is for set-up plus 11 months, automatically renewable for another 12 months if not cancelled by the customer or Reliable Data Services, in writing, prior to 2 months from the end of the contract.  This is to allow Reliable Data Services time to renew the hosting and domain name agreements prior to their expiration.  The renewed agreement will be subject to the terms, conditions, and charges listed on Reliable Data Service’s website on the day of renewal.   The annual hosting and domain fees for the upcoming year will be billed with the first month's maintenance for that year.

The website will generally be active within two weeks of the initial agreement, assuming the customer has provided the necessary materials to establish same.

Clients may use their website to transmit mail to their clients;  however, spamming is prohibited.  Any client found spamming is subject to having their website shut down without notice and without any refund.

The set-up fee and first month's maintenance will be due at signing, with the maintenance for each consecutive month billed at the first of the month, and due (postmarked) by the 10^th day of the month for which the bill covers.

Overdue accounts will be assessed a 1 1/2% monthly (18% per annum) late fee.  Website accounts 30 days past due will be disabled or redirected.

Reliable Data Services will strive to provide the best possible service, but because of the nature of the business and the dependence on external hosts not under our control, we cannot guarantee availability nor be responsible for any losses caused by downtime.
